Everything’s opened up and we can finally get to those things that we had to put off for a little while, like moving. But of course we realise that the risk is far from over and we have to be as careful as possible. At TSi-TSi we understand some of the concerns that you might have during this time, and we would love to answer your questions and calm your concerns. One of the basic ways we are ensuring the safety of our workers and our customers is following the prescribed guidelines, including wearing face masks and gloves. Disinfect, Sanitize and wash your hands are the new buzz words. But we thought we could share some tips with you on how you can ensure your safety and our colleague’s during this time:
- Usually, we’d love to come to your home, meet with you and see what the job would entail. However, we thought it best to introduce virtual quoting. All you need is simply record a video of all the items that need moving or provide imagery.
- Cleaning and disinfecting your home or workspaces the day before moving, reduces the chances of any germs when we start packing up.
- Although we’ll ensure that we wear disposable gloves and masks throughout the process, it would be great for your household to wear masks and gloves or wash your hands as regularly as possible during the moving process
- We will understand if you are distancing from us during the move. Improving ventilation by ensuring windows, internal doors are open, and not worrying about providing refreshments will help safeguard yourself, family and TSi-TSi staff members
- We ensure non of our staff have had to self isolate prior to the move. Likewise, if there are members of your household who have had to self isolate or have coronavirus be sure to wait until they have been cleared by a doctor. We can schedule another date for the move.
